Meet Our Founders!

Samantha Northart
Pack Leader
Samantha has been working in animal foster and rescue for over a decade. She saw there was a desperate need for a better way to find deserving pups their fur-ever homes faster. As a singer, actor, and animal lover, she believed there was a way to combine all of her passions into one purpose. With her contacts in the arts, plus her network of animal lovers and rescue workers, she is ready and willing to combat the hard issues facing the community and help work towards saving them all.
Justin Liebergen
Alpha Dog
Justin is a storyteller from Kansas City and he currently lives in NYC. Growing up, his family had a giant yellow labrador named Shelby, and he has never forgotten how much happiness that dog brought to his childhood. With his skills as a cameraman, editor, and writer, along with his personal experience with animals, Justin is uniquely suited to tell the stories of these wonderful dogs to help others see all their wonderfulness.

HOW IT STARTED
After years of fostering dogs, Samantha wanted to find a way to use her talents to help highlight some amazing pups getting overlooked. She met with Justin and together they created Pup Pals.
Where we are
With over 8,000 days saved for rescues so far, every time Pup Pals films an adoptable dog, that number only grows.
Our Mission
Our goal is to have film teams in majors cities across the country filming highly adoptable pups year round.
